No More Idling Your Gas Away

We all know that idling our car is bad on so many levels and we've been told so many times. But we still keep doing it! In many cities, you can be fined for idling your car for more than 3 minutes. Cars are meant to be driven on an open road and that's where they are most efficient. City driving is bad for a car's fuel-efficiency, but idling is even worse. You are wasting 20% of your fuel when you sit still with your car running. Drive-thru, school pick-ups and drop-offs, waiting for someone to run into a store, ... these are all places where we idle. Turn off that engine whenever you can. Save the environment from the awful emissions coming out of your tailpipe and save your gas.
